Merriwa sits just west of our Clarkson base, about 5 minutes away, and Nuno is in the suburb regularly for everything from a dead power point to a full board change. What we see in Merriwa homes

Merriwa was bushland until the late 1980s. The Quinns Beach estate came first, then Carnegie in the mid 1990s and Seagrove in the early 2000s, with Marmion Avenue along the western edge.

That spread of ages shows up on the switchboard. A home from the late 1980s may only have one safety switch, or safety switches that do not cover every power and lighting circuit. The newer Seagrove homes are usually fine on safety switches. Jobs in those streets are more often EV chargers, outdoor lighting and extra power points.
