Joondalup is about 15 minutes from our base in Clarkson, and Nuno works here regularly for both homeowners and local businesses. Joondalup is really two jobs in one suburb. Joondalup was planned as the regional centre for Perth's north. Housing and the city centre grew from the late 1980s and early 1990s, and today it has Lakeside Joondalup, Joondalup Health Campus, the Edith Cowan University campus and offices along Grand Boulevard.
